Victor A. Santana

Victor’s work is a client-focused practice which includes estate planning & administration, long-term planning, guardianship, elder law, and probate services for executors, trustees, heirs, and beneficiaries.

Victor previously held a career as a financial accountant and analyst at an investment management firm before deciding to follow his dream of becoming an attorney. During his time in law school, Victor was involved in the Lower Income Taxpayer Clinic (“LITC”), the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic (“VITA”) and worked as a research assistant to Professor Kevin Yamamoto. He clerked at American International Group (“AIG”) and Dore Rothberg McKay P.C. Prior to joining Rapp & Krock, Victor was an associate attorney at Schouset, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier & Eastham PLLC. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

I am committed to helping my clients build, plan, and protect their legacies.
