Korri D. Bryant

Korri concentrates her practice on litigation, with a focus on business and commercial disputes, and employment law. She has represented clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations across many industries, in disputes involving ERISA claims, EEOC complaints, disputes with former employees, and business disputes.  In addition to her litigation practice, she regularly advises companies on proper employment practices to avoid or minimize litigation in the future. Korri takes time to get to know her clients, their businesses, and their objectives so she can provide tailored representation that maximizes each. She has experience in:

      • Contract disputes and business torts,
      • Business divorces,
      • Wage, discrimination, and harassment claims,
      • Enforcement of non-compete agreements,
      • Trade secrets disputes,
      • Probate litigation,
      • Representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy litigation, and
      • Real estate litigation, including representation of developers, owners, commercial landlords, buyers, sellers, and general contractors.
I understand that litigation is often costly and disruptive to businesses. With every client, my goal is to provide efficient and effective representation so that my clients can get out of the courtroom and back to business.

Representative Matters

        • Represented designated collection agent for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Trustee for Victory Healthcare in ERISA litigation against various TPAs and third-party payors.
        • Successfully defended restaurant owner in DTPA/fraud trial brought by buyer of restaurant, resulting in directed verdict in favor of client.
        • Led multiple large-scale internal investigations of companies for majority owner and/or regulatory agencies.
        • Represented commercial landlord in appeal of Writ of Re-Entry wrongfully issued to tenant, resulting in withdrawal of Writ.
        • Represented employers in the enforcement of non-compete agreements with former employees.
