Korri concentrates her practice on litigation, with a focus on business and commercial disputes, employment law, and bankruptcy. She has represented clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations across many industries, in disputes involving ERISA claims, EEOC complaints, disputes with former employees, and business disputes.  In addition to her litigation practice, she regularly advises companies on proper employment practices to avoid or minimize litigation in the future. Korri regularly handles various litigation matters including:

      • General business litigation, including contract disputes, business divorces, negligent misrepresentation, and DTPA claims;
      • Employment matters, including non-compete and trade secret litigation, regulatory investigations, and wage disputes;
      • ERISA litigation with third-party payors;
      • Real estate, including commercial leasing, landlord/tenant, and title disputes;
      • Construction litigation including disputes between commercial property developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Prior to joining Rapp & Krock, PC, Korri was an attorney at Hawash Cicack & Gaston LLP, focusing on business, commercial, and ERISA litigation.  She worked as in-house general counsel for a former hospital system, assisting outside litigation counsel with the collection of accounts receivable from multiple third-party payors. Korri is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in all Texas federal courts.
