Kendra focuses her practice on business and transactional law matters including entity choice and formation, contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance advice.
While earning her Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center, Kendra was a senior articles editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and a student attorney in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law clinic. She also served as a law clerk on the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary for Senator John Cornyn. Kendra previously represented buyers and sellers in middle market and large private equity company mergers, acquisitions, stock issuances, and asset sales, with a concentration in transactions in the energy and software sectors.
