Matthew concentrates his practice in business and commercial litigation, real estate and commercial landlord/tenant controversies, civil appeals, and shareholder/partnership disputes. He has represented litigating parties in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. With over a decade of experience, he handles a variety of legal issues such as:
To counsel, not just be a lawyer. To provide guidance and stability in the face of the unknown. To pursue what is right and just. To protect from those who would try to do harm. To employ my training in logic and philosophy as tool to debate, to argue, and to persuade.
Prior to joining Rapp & Krock, PC, Matthew was an attorney at Fryar Law Firm, P.C. focusing on shareholder litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and is admitted to practice before the Texas State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
