Samuel focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. He works closely with individuals and families to develop ​estate plans that align with their personal, financial, and family goals. He also guides clients through probate, estate administration, and trust administration, helping them navigate the legal and practical issues during these difficult transitions.

  • Drafted and implemented comprehensive estate plans, including wills, revocable living trusts, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, and other ancillary documents to provide clients with a plan for lifetime and incapacity planning.
  • Advised clients with minor children on estate planning and guardianship matters, including planning for their children’s care, financial and medical decision-makers, and management of their children’s assets in the event of their incapacity or death.
  • Guided executors and administrators through all phases of probate and estate administration.
  • Managed probate and estate administration matters, including asset collection, creditor claims, and coordination with financial institutions and other interested parties.
  • Reviewed and updated client’s existing estate plans to address changes in business interests, real estate, financial assets, and family circumstances.
