Emily B. Taylor Elected to Shareholder and Serve on the Board of Directors at Rapp & Krock, PC

Rapp & Krock, PC is pleased to announce that Emily B. Taylor has been promoted to equity shareholder effective January 1, 2026. In addition, she has been elected to serve on the firm’s Board of Directors. Emily was formally appointed Practice Group Leader for the Wills, Estates, and Trusts practice group in 2025.

Hired by Rapp & Krock in 2019 to help grow the firm’s Wills, Estates, and Trusts group, Emily has worked diligently to expand and enhance the practice. She has guided hundreds of individuals and families through estate planning and administration, disability planning, elder law matters, and probate, and also works with business owners to develop business succession plans. Empathy and compassion allow Emily to assist clients with clarity and care while addressing complex personal and financial considerations.

Emily’s dedication is recognized within the legal community. She holds an AV Preeminent Peer-Reviewed® rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was named a Rising Aggie Lawyer by the Texas Aggie Bar Association in 2025. She is recognized by Best Lawyers in America® as One to Watch in Trust & Estates and Elder Law, selected as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in Estate Planning & Probate and Elder Law, and honored with the Lawyer Monthly Women in Law Award for Wills & Probate.
