Megan’s work focuses on litigation involving business and contract disputes, bankruptcy litigation, and appeals. She has experience representing parties in litigation in state and federal courts at the trial level, and has represented a litigation trust and creditors in various bankruptcy courts. Previously, Megan served as a staff attorney for five years with the Fourteenth Court of Appeals working on numerous appellate matters.  Megan brings knowledge and experience from her time at the Court to serve clients in various stages of litigation.   

 Business Litigation

  • Representing parties in a wide range of business and commercial disputes, including partnership disputes and employment matters. 
  • Providing advice and counsel to various businesses and individuals through pre-litigation investigations and evaluation of exposure to claims and potential liability. 

 

Bankruptcy – Related Litigation

  • Representation of litigation trust and creditors in bankruptcy litigation, including fraudulent transfers, preferential transfers, confirmation hearings, cash collateral issues, adversary proceedings, claim objections and other claims.
