Rusty’s practice is focused on fiduciary representation, probate litigation, guardianship, and general commercial litigation. Drawing on experience as both a practicing attorney and a former corporate trust officer, Rusty brings a practical and strategic approach to helping families, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and businesses navigate complex legal and financial issues. Rusty is also an adjunct professor, teaching pre-trial litigation drafting.

I am driven to champion the untapped potential in others so they have the courage to step into the opportunities they’re meant for.
