Vaibhavi Parmar (“Avi”) focuses her practice on the litigation of wills, trusts, and probate matters. She has experience representing both individual clients and corporate entities in jury trials and arbitration proceedings.

Avi was born and raised in Mumbai, where she completed her undergrad at Mumbai University in Economics. She later came to Texas to complete her Juris Doctor at Baylor University. During her time at Baylor, she was involved in multiple organizations such as the Baylor Barrister Society and she held the position of Vice President of the Baylor Women’s Legal Society. In her third year, she was an extern for Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Manske of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division.

I believe every life deserves to be remembered and every final wish deserves to be honored. I am guided by the conviction that families deserve clarity and peace during tumultuous times, especially when conflict arises. That belief drives me to stand with people when law, loss, and legacy intertwine in the most personal way.
