Terri S. Morgan
Terri S. Morgan concentrates her practice in business and commercial litigation; employment litigation; personal injury and wrongful death litigation (both plaintiffs and defendants); insurance defense, bad faith, and coverage cases; workers’ compensation; landlord/tenant disputes; collections; and deceptive trade practices cases. Ms. Morgan also argues matters on appeal before Federal and State courts.
Ms. Morgan received her Juris Doctorate degree from University of Houston Law Center in 1988, graduating Cum Laude. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, and in Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Prior to joining Rapp & Krock, PC, Ms. Morgan was an associate at Nelkin, Nelkin & Krock, P.C., in Houston, Texas. Before that, Ms. Morgan was a senior associate in the law firm of Arnold & Placek, PLLC in Austin, Texas. Ms. Morgan is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, and is admitted to practice before the Texas State Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the Unites States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Texas.
Ms. Morgan is a member of the Judicial Reception Committee of the Association of Women Attorneys, and is active in the Lord of the Streets Episcopal Ministry for Houston’s homeless.
