Kelly’s practice includes a variety of legal issues related to litigation including, but not limited to, business, real estate, and civil litigation. Her experience includes:

• • Contract disputes, including leases and real estate transactions
  • Trade secret infringement
  • Construction disputes
  • Employment disputes

While attending South Texas College of Law, Kelly was involved in the Aggie Law Students Association. In addition, she received the Cali Award in Texas Pretrial Procedure and Texas Oil, Gas, and Land Title.
