Henry Flores practices commercial bankruptcy law, including bankruptcy litigation. During his career, Mr. Flores has represented distressed companies and chapter 11 debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, official and ad hoc committees, equity owners and buyers of distressed assets in matters involving numerous industries, including oil & gas, passenger and cargo airlines, real estate, manufacturing, financial services, franchised restaurants and sports media.

Mr. Flores earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992 from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989. Before joining Rapp & Krock, PC, Mr. Flores was a partner in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring section of Haynes & Boone, LLP.
Mr. Flores is admitted to practice in Texas and New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Flores is AV Peer Review Rated Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory and has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer from 2006-2019 for Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights.
