Henry Flores helps clients in creditors’ rights and commercial bankruptcy matters. For over 25 years, Henry has focused on commercial bankruptcy law, bankruptcy litigation and commercial litigation that arises out of financial distress. During his career, Henry has represented distressed companies, chapter 11 debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, official and ad hoc committees, equity owners and buyers of distressed assets in matters involving numerous industries, including oil & gas, passenger and cargo airlines, real estate, manufacturing, financial services, franchised restaurants and sports media.
