Emma Gorski

Emma Gorski’s practice includes a variety of legal issues related to litigation and transactional matters, including, but not limited to, business, estate planning, and property.


Ms. Gorski is a native Houstonian. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in 2019. In her time as a law student, she participated in the Estate Planning Clinic, providing free legal aid to those in need. In addition, Ms. Gorski was an Articles Editor on the Texas Journal of Business Law.


Outside of school, she spent her time as the Head Coach of the St. Thomas High School Cheerleading Squad, mentoring young athletes and organizing a program focused on community and tradition. Ms. Gorski is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Exes. She was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2019

My goal is to ensure my clients know I am investing in them as much as they are in me. While I seek solutions for their problems, I also aim to understand them on a personal level and build a long term relationship.

Prior to law school, Ms. Gorski received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Foundations from the University of Texas in 2016. While at UT, Ms. Gorski was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, where she served on the recruitment team as References Chair.
