Disability and Guardianship
Our attorneys are experienced in representing purported and existing guardians. We advocate for individuals with intellectual and development disabilities including representing those who may be the subject of guardianship. Our attorneys provide disability and life planning for those with special needs as well as individuals who may become disabled or incapacitated including advice regarding resource management, such as 1st party, 3rd party, and pooled special needs trusts and ABLE accounts.


Additionally, our attorneys are experienced in advising guardians & trust officers in preparing trusts & annual accountings for guardianships & management trusts.
